In most commercial lease transactions, the tenant representative's fee is paid by the landlord as part of the deal structure — meaning you receive full professional advisory at no direct cost to you. We're transparent about compensation on every transaction from day one, and we'll tell you upfront if a deal structure deviates from this norm.

How long does it typically take to lease a commercial space in Savannah? + _

It depends heavily on property type, size, and market conditions — but with active representation, most retail and office spaces in Savannah's core submarkets are under LOI within 60–120 days.
