David Gaule negotiated the transaction on behalf of the buyer and seller, completing the sale of the real estate, fixtures, fittings and equipment, and the business as a going concern to Etang Bistro — an established Asian restaurant operator already active in the Pooler market.

This transaction forms part of a broader two-location portfolio disposal of the Molly MacPherson’s brand, with the Richmond Hill location sold separately. The combined portfolio transacted at $4.375 million.
